Espoir Misawa

Situated right next to Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort, Espoir Misawa offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a 32-inch LCD TV. It has a hot-spring bath, sells ski passes and boasts ski-to-door access.

Japanese rooms have futon beds on a tatami (woven-straw) floor, and Western-style rooms are also available. All rooms come with satellite channels, green tea and a private toilet. Some have an en suite bathroom.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Tsugaike Kogen Bus Terminal and a 15-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. Two other ski slopes are just a 5-minute drive away. On-site parking is free.

Ski equipment can be rented, and the hotel has a gift shop/ski shop. A kid's play area with toys are on site. In warm weather, the hotel offers barbecue facilities and bicycle rental.

Japanese/Western breakfasts and dinners are served at the mountain-view dining room. Lunch is also offered during the ski season.
